The white dove foundation exists to improve the success of executives, leaders and managers in non-profit and non-governmental organizations (international and domestic NGOs), and ministries by working alongside them to solve problems and execute for their desired results. We make decision-makers excel by improving productivity, efficiency and profitability.
Jake and Beth Chaya founded the white dove foundation in 1997. Both had been professionals in the education industry, were business owners and were very active in church and missionary work. They came to the realization while working with at-risk young people that there was a gap in society’s problem-resolution/decision-making abilities as well as their moral and ethical responsibilities to their loved ones and community.
Jake developed BridgePaths™ to provide a mentoring tool to help people learn critical thinking skills. Eventually, the for-profit business community realized they too, were experiencing gaps in their problem-resolution and decision-making processes. Jake then took BridgePaths™ to non-profit organizations and international NGOs.
In every situation, the issues were the same. The white dove foundation became a leader in providing tools for leaders to learn how to define and solve problems, issues and challenges.
white dove’s goal is to reduce the amount of distractions and the time use in overcoming those distractions that leaders experience as they lead and manage their people. Reduced distractions help leaders focus on the direction of the organization, as well as enable the managers to oversee and execute the daily activities and results.
Our second goal is equip leaders to be good stewards of their time, talent, money and efforts and see results of stewardship within a year or less. Stewardship can be measured by the savings of time, money, and lost opportunity. Leader satisfaction can be measured by their success and peace of mind.
A third goal is building confidence in leaders to solve problems and make decisions at a strategic and tactical level. Decisions cause activity and work brings results. Most business plans aren’t successfully implemented because leaders are not confident in identifying and solving problems and experiencing positive results.
We utilize a model for success called BridgePaths™. BridgePaths™ was developed by the co-founder of white dove, Jake Chaya, and refined over the past 12 years by mentors, coaches, business managers, C-level executives, managers and small business owners. Our process guarantees results.
