White Dove Foundation (WDF) (www.whitedovefdtn.org) is a registered 501(C) (3) non-profit corporation registered in the United States with pending INGO status in Rwanda.
WDF has been effective in planning and executing projects in developing countries for the past thirteen years. WDF is able to draw upon the expertise of Chaya Company consultants who have many years of project planning and project management across a variety of businesses, projects, technologies, and educational settings. This expertise combined with the BridgePaths™ methodology will achieve results. BridgePathsTM is the critical thinking methodology Mr. Chaya developed for organizational leaders to use to foster the critical thinking skills that result in a comprehensive model for leadership development and accountability.

WDF is an international charity focused on building critical thinking skills. We are also committed to combating poverty, illiteracy, gender violence, HIV/AIDS, corruption and injustice. WDF has pioneered work on business development across a variety of settings and areas of the world. We work with indigenous partners to establish income-generating projects and to teach and mentor underserved populations in learning business practices.

was consecrated in 2009 as Bishop of Butare Diocese-The Anglican Church of Rwanda. He has served as a Community Development Specialist in the Church and as a Christian organizer for over 20 years. Most recently, he worked with World Vision in a variety of capacity including International and Donor Relations Director, and Marketing, Communications and Strategic International and Local Relations.
He holds a number of professional certificates in community development and leadership and has been involved in development projects in Singapore, Israel, Australia, South Africa, Thailand, South Africa, Kenya and Uganda.
and his wife of 36 years founded the White Dove Foundation, a humanitarian foundation, in 1997. The Foundation works with young people in medicine, education, small business, and leadership development. White Dove has projects in Vietnam, Thailand, India, Poland, America, Holland, New Zealand, Germany, England, Brazil, Australia and Rwanda.
Chaya holds a Masters degree in Ministry and Chaplaincy from School of Divinity, a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from East Stroudsburg University, and a Bachelor of Art degree in Organizational Development from Bethel University.
He has decades of experience in financial advisement and corporate management where he established a multi-million dollar consulting business. He has authored 3 books and developed a mentorship program for entrepreneurs, non-profit and executive leaders.
is Vice President of the White Dove Foundation and brings over 20 years of program and product development and operations management in nonprofits. She most recently completed and economic assessment of bike distribution to Rwandan coffee farmers.
Hottinger has been consulting for the last 10 years has co-authored books, journals and articles related to healthcare and aging and long-term care insurance.
